Calling all 5th, 6th and 7th graders! Gorilla Hole, the popular Friday night event, will be held at the new Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park on July 7, 2017, from 7 to 9:45 p.m. The new facility is located at 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, 77389, across from The Aquatic Center at Rob Fleming Park in the Village of Creekside Park in The Woodlands.

This event is a well-organized, social gathering for incoming/outgoing fifth, sixth and seventh graders to socialize, play dodge ball, participate in theme nights, enjoy pizza, candy and much  more.

$7 per person, $1/item at concessions

Special additions for this event include a showing of the movie, “Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens” inside the recreation center, a popcorn bar, special games and more. Attendees are invited to bring pillows and blankets for the movie showing.

Pre-registration is not required. The fee is $7 per person at the gate. Concessions and popcorn bar are available for $1 per item, and the concession stand accepts cash only.

This event will be highly staffed with police security and Township staff. Children will not be permitted to leave the recreation center unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.

The next Gorilla Hole will be August 18, 2017, at The Recreation Center at Bear Branch, 5310 Research Forest Drive. This event will be Gorilla Palooza, where attendees will wear their craziest outfits.
