The Woodlands Township invites community members to attend a public hearing to share their comments regarding the current draft of the Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan. The public hearing will be held during the Township Board of Directors regular meeting on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 6 p.m.

About the Plan

Efforts began on The Woodlands Township Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan in October 2015.  The plan is the first of its kind for The Woodlands, and will assist the Township with planning for and prioritizing walking and biking projects over time.

The purpose of the plan is to provide an overall comprehensive look at the existing pedestrian and bicycle network, identify gaps in the existing network, and identify potential interconnected on- and off-street walking and biking recommendations between destinations that are safe and comfortable for all users.
