We offer even more ways to get your child on the tennis court during the summer season! With so many extra options, choosing the right tennis program can get confusing. Below, we will explain the difference in our weekly classes, monthly classes and tennis camps so that you can enroll in the right program for your child.
Youth Weekly Mini-Sessions are a great option if you are scheduling around frequent trips out of town and can’t commit to a whole month. For these programs, you register and pay for just one week at a time. Each week includes two hour-long classes. This program is designed for ages 5-13 and is offered at Lakeside and Wendtwoods tennis courts.
Weekly Youth Tennis Camps are another great, week-by-week option to fit your summer schedule. Each camp day includes tennis instruction, games and crafts, snacks, and swims in Bear Branch pool! Just send your camper with a tennis racket, water bottle, and swimsuit and we will provide the fun. Camp days are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Bear Branch. Participants are grouped by age and we offer both beginner and intermediate options.
Youth Summer Monthly Sessions are weekly classes that you register for on a month-by-month basis. These are the same classes that we offer in the Fall and Spring and include the biggest variety of courts, times and coaches. We have classes for ages 5-18 for June, July and August. Each session is a four classes. Please see the chart page 12 of the Summer Action Guide to find the best class for your child.
