The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Departments offers two great youth programs for children to mingle and have fun! Both the Gorilla Hole and Kids Night Out programs offer a special theme each time with special themed activities.

Gorilla Hole is a tradition that has been held throughout the life of the recreation center and still continues today. This event is a highly staffed and a well-organized environment for 5th and 6th graders to monkey around and have a blast. Kids will make new friends and memories in no time while playing dodge ball, basketball and dancing the night away!

Kid’s Night Out is a newer program for younger children that is growing to be more and more popular with each season that it is offered. Kids Night Out has tons of games, arts and crafts and extra special activities each month!
