Meditation, Relaxation, Precision…Tai Chi is a gentle system of body movements derived from the ancient Chinese martial arts. Check out our offerings!  Tai Chi is often referred to as a moving meditation because it involves focused attention on deliberate and slow body motions. Daily practice of Tai Chi helps you create wellness and vitality for your body, mind, and spirit.

Sifu David Neighbors has studied tai chi for over 20 years and martial arts for over 30 years. He is a member of the American Tai Chi Qigong Association, the Tai Chi for Health Community and a certified Tai Chi Diabetes Instructor.
